Know Christ
These women's groups promote community building and bonding through prayer and spiritual growth. Participants experience opportunities to share, care, nurture and support themselves and others. PCOS hopes to serve not only the women of the congregation but all those in need in the community. All groups are open and new faces are always welcome! Covenant 201 Class: begins Jan. 8, 2012 at 9:30 and 11am.
This 5-week class will cover our Core Practices (click here for a list ). Will review and discuss what defines us as Christians and Presbyterians. We encourage everyone to GROW in their knowledge of the bible and join a discipleship group. This course is for everyone! Email Sheryl to sign-up.

Meet UP! with other families and friends at PCOS. Get together for fun summer activities: playgroups, Royals games, running/walking groups, Moms Night Out, Day out trips with kids...and more created by you! Click here to get to the "meet up" page.

1st Wednesday of each month, 9am, OPEN Play for Moms & Kids
Bring the kids, toys and your to-go-cup of coffee! Each of you will make some new friends- play and chat time. Contact Cara Burgener.

1st Friday, 6:30pm, Scrapbookers:
Have fun making scrapbooks and learn from each other- all ages welcome, meet at PCOS. Contact Stacey Dyess.

3rd Tuesday, 12:30pm, Prayer Shawl Ministry:
Experienced knitters and crocheters make prayer shawls for those in need of prayer, experiencing a family or health crisis. Contact Connie Young.

1st Tuesday, 9:30am, day Trippers:
Meet at church then carpool to area antique malls for shopping and lunch. Contact Janie Paul.

1st Thursday, 10am, Mary-Martha Circle:
They gather at the hostess choice of location at 9:30am. They provide "comfort pillows" to Shawnee Mission Hospital, to date they have made 1462 pillows! Weekly meetings include devotional study, prayer and fellowship. Contact Martha Blackwell or Marilyn Cadle

2nd Monday, 7pm, Rolander Grace Group.
This group meets at 6:30pm in various homes on the second Monday of each month. Their group projects include: Salvation Army tornado victims, Johnson County Family Lodge, Angel Tree, meals for members of the church, and packages for Safe-Home. Contact Barbara Rolander.

2nd Monday, 1pm, Senior Grace Group, 65+.
Meet each month at 1:00pm in different group member’s homes. The group ranges in age from 70’s to 90’s. Time together includes a devotional and prayer. They reach out, love, and empower each other! Contact Jeanne Stemme.
