Handbell Choirs

Natalie Mallare, Associate Music Director, directs handbells for children, youth and adults.
 
The Handbell Choirs are a vibrant part of the Music Ministry. The ensembles meet weekly throughout the school year and participate in the worship service regularly. If you enjoy the fun and fellowship of working closely with others to create beautiful handbell music, this is the place for you! Click here for all rehearsal schedules.

Adult Handbells, rehearses on Thursdays at 1:30pm. We welcome all levels or skill and experience. Fall 2011 rehearsal schedule coming soon.

Elementary Handchimes,kindergarten-grade 2. This NEW group meets Wednesdays at 5pm for rehearsal. Plan to stay after for Cherubim Choir grades 1 & 2 at 6:15pm

Elementray Hnadbells, grades 3-5, experience not required. This group meets Wednesdays at 5pm for rehearsal. Plan to stay for Seraphim Choir grades 3-5 at 6:15pm.

Middle School  Handbells, grades 6-8, rehearse on Sundays at 4:30pm. 

High School Handbells, grade 9-12, rehearse on Sundays at 7:30pm.

Mini-Concert, Christmas Around the World! Children's vocal choirs and handbells will perform Christmas Carols at dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 6:15pm. Plan to attend, dinner is spaghetti- bring the whole family for a fun evening!

NEW for the Advent season, "The Messiah" will be performed for the community and neighbors on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011 at 7pm! Guest musicians from the community, PCOS Chancel Choir and Stanley Symphony will present this loved musical arrangement that celebrates the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. A reception will follow and all are invited to attend.
