NEW! Alphabet Soup
Does your child suffer from excessive fears and worries, phobias, separation anxiety, panic attacks, frequent stomachaches, nightmares, even refusing to go to school? Do you want to help your child but don't know how? PCOS is hosting a support group for parents dealing with these special issues. Plan to attend our very first meeting, January 18, 6-8pm. We will have a guest speaker, Randy Floyd, LSC SW. He will discuss practical techniques on how parents can help their child manage and overcome anxiety with compassion rather than avoidance, accomodations, and constant reassurance.
Meet UP! with other families and friends at PCOS. Get together for fun summer activities: playgroups, Royals games, running/walking groups, Moms Night Out, Day out trips with kids...and more created by you! Go to www.meetup.com/pcosyoungfamilies
